Planned Service Outage - Notice to Applicants

Please be advised that the systems will be unavailable due to a planned service outage from 4:00 p.m. on Friday, April 17 until 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Saturday, April 18.

During this period, candidates may continue to submit applications by email. While emails sent during the outage will be received, delivery and acknowledgement of receipt will be delayed until systems are restored.

The Service Desk is open from Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm Eastern Time. Please Note: On April 27, 2026 (application closing date), the Service Desk will remain open until 11:59pm Pacific Time.
